The standard format is https://wa.me/ followed by the country code and phone number. If you include a message, the link adds?text= and an encoded version of the message.

The phone number part should contain digits only. Do not include spaces, plus signs, brackets, dashes, or the local trunk prefix when the country code already covers it.
